Alistair is a former business owner and senior recruiter who has spent the last 10 years helping professionals to move forwards in their career. Alistair's role within CVIA is Lead Presenter and chief CV and LinkedIn profile appraiser - he has critiqued over 40,000 CVs for individuals across all sectors. Alistair also manages relationships with the company’s wide variety of partners, which include leading chartered institutes, job boards and recruitment businesses. His experience includes: several years in the corporate world, primarily in a variety of sales and operations roles; several years working within the executive search industry, both permanent and interim sectors; and several years working with CVIA as a Coach and Presenter.
