Starting out in practice workshop | 8 April

Setting up and starting your own accounting practice to offer accounting, tax and bookkeeping services to the UK public is an aim of many IFA members and accounting professionals.

However, it can appear daunting especially in those early days, months and years and has many members asking themselves a range of questions – Am I doing things right? Am I following best practice? What procedures do I need? How do I comply with the IFA’s regulations? How do I deal with anti-money laundering matters? How do I grow my client base? And then there’s information technology!

Our practically focused, engaging and very insightful workshop supports members and accounting professionals who are thinking about setting up their own practice or who have started their own practice.

By registering for this face-to-face workshop you will join like minded IFA members who have the aim to start their own practice or are relatively new to providing accounting services to the UK public.

Your active participation, questioning and sharing of experiences are really important to ensure you and your fellow delegates get full benefit from this interactive workshop and draw out the considerable knowledge and experience of the speakers.
