Getting to the Lowry
Parking spaces are available in the Lowry Outlet. Parking is chargeable at £1 per hour. For events, discount parking vouchers are available for over 7 hours parking at a reduced rate of £7 (covers all day parking, but not overnight). Pre-validated car park tickets are also available at £7 per ticket – please advise your event organiser or Lowry coordinated if you would like these pre-arranged. Parking (Blue Badge Holders)
Blue Badge parking for The Lowry is available in the Lowry Outlet. The Lowry also offers two dedicated parking spaces for Blue Badge holders. These are available on a first come first served basis and cannot be booked in advance. We accept no responsibility for vehicles parked in these spaces.
Visitors can access The Lowry via the Eccles line and the MediaCityUK line. Travelling from Manchester city centre takes approximately ten to fifteen minutes.
Eccles line: alight at Harbour City stop – The Lowry is approximately a 10 minute walk from this stop.
MediacityUK line: alight at MediacityUK stop – The Lowry is approximately a 5 minute walk from this stop.

From Oxford Road station, walk up Oxford Road towards Deansgate, where you can board the Metrolink. From Piccadilly or Victoria stations, there will be clearly signposted Metrolink stations nearby.

Cycling or Walking
The Lowry is accessible by bicycle from Manchester city centre, and via various cycle paths across the city. For information on cycle routes from Manchester to Salford Quays visit loveyourbike.org. There are several walkways navigating the rejuvenated waterways of Salford Quays. The Lowry Footbridge offers access from Trafford Wharfside and provides spectacular views of The Quays.
