Event Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be advised in writing / e mail at least 6 working days prior to the activity date. A refund will not be granted if a registrant fails to attend an activity or cancels within 6 working days prior to the activity.

Any event materials will be sent to registrants who cancel in the non-refund penalty period. Substitutions can be made without penalty however advance notice is required in writing. The IFA cancels events only when absolutely necessary, but reserves the right to do so, as well as to reschedule events and substitute presenters.

If an event is cancelled, you may request to transfer to another event, a credit, or full refund.  The credit will expire after 30 June 2023 if unused. Please note the IFA will not be held liable for any accommodation or associated travel costs should an event be cancelled or rescheduled.
