Complaint 

The IFA complaint was thatMr Gangatharan, as director and sole person of significant control ofAGM Business Solutions, had failed to complete client risk assessments for all clients by the agreed deadline, in breach of MLR 2017 Regulations 27 – 28 and 66. 

Finding 

The Regulatory Committee found that there was a prima facie case to answer that renderedMr Gangatharanliable to disciplinary action under IFA Bye-law11.2 (c) and (d). 

Consent Order 

Reprimand, fine of £2000, and costs of £1270.
