About this award
This award recognises the excellence of an IFA member who demonstrates exceptional dedication, expertise, and innovation in their professional field and community in the last 12 months.
Who can enter
- You must be an IFA member for a minimum of 3 consecutive years.
- In current good standing (no disciplinary/regulatory matters).
Nomination criteria
The judges will be looking for what the member has achieved over the last 12 months and their plans for future development.
Your nomination must:
- Provide a summary of the type of work the member is involved in - 400 words maximum
- Tell us about the member’s achievements and contribution to the business, team and clients (if applicable) - 400 words maximum
- Tell us about the member’s ongoing professional development - 400 words maximum
- Tell us about the member’s contribution to the local community where relevant - 400 words maximum
- Include testimonials from colleagues and clients which provide evidence and demonstrate the standard and quality of the member's work and commitment.
Submission criteria
Your nomination must be:
- Written in English
- 1000 –1600 words approximately excluding testimonials
- Include all your testimonials in support of this nomination
