Navigating the tax implications of capital allowances on property transactions | Aulfat Bi
10:45am - 11:45am
Capital allowances are crucial for reducing tax liabilities, improving cash flow, and maximising financial efficiency, particularly for small businesses and practitioners advising on property transactions. This session explores key areas, related to property acquisitions, including contract clauses, CPSEs, s.198 elections, and ways to unlock tax savings from historical purchases.

This session will cover:
- Property acquisitions and relevance of capital allowances
- Reviewing and drafting capital allowances contract clauses
- Filling out Commercial Property Standard Enquiries (CPSEs)
- Drafting section 198 elections
