The complaint was that Mr Iqbal produced a letter dated 25 May 2017 purporting to be signed by the Complainant when it was not, and Mr Iqbal’s conduct was dishonest and contrary to the Fundamental Principles of Professional Behaviour and/or Competence and Due Care and that by reason of Mr Iqbal’s conduct he is guilty of misconduct pursuant to Bye-law 12(1)(a) (2015).

Finding

The Appeal Committee upheld the Disciplinary Committee decision and dismissed the appeal.

Expelled and costs ordered of £8,505.
