Complaint

That Mr Dickson:

1. backdated a document when it was not signed by him on that date;
2. executed agreements when he knew he was precluded from doing so by an injunction; and
3. engaged in conduct which has brought discredit to himself, the Institute or to the accountancy profession.

Finding

The Disciplinary Committee found there was a prima facie case to answer that renders Mr Dickson liable to disciplinary action under Bye-law 13 for breaches of Bye-law 13.1(c).

Expelled, fine £10,000 and costs of £7,303
