Complaint 

The allegations were that Mr Harniman had failed to comply with a direction of the First Tier Tribunal, Property Chamber on 20 May 2021, and failed to cooperate with the IFA in the investigation of the complaint between 31 August 2021 and 16 February 2022 in breach of Bye-law 11.2 (a), (b) and (c) and in breach of the fundamental principles of the IFA’s Code of Ethics effective 1 March 2020 of Integrity, Professional Competence and Due Care and Professional Behaviour.
