Complaint

The allegations were that Mr Andrews acted dishonestly by failing to declare his personal income from off-shore clients and claimed through his company non-allowable expenditure, in addition he failed to declare in his annual practice and member returns over a 4-year period that he had been the subject of an HMRC enquiry, and as a consequence was in breach of Bye-law 13 (2019) and the Fundamental Principles of Integrity, Professional Behaviour and Competence and Due Care. 

Finding

The Disciplinary Committee found the matter proved.
