Complaint

Allegations were that the Member breached the Fundamental Principles of the Code of Ethics, subsections 115 ‘Professional Behaviour’ and 111 ‘Integrity’, by failing to submit tax and related returns in respect of himself and his company and failed to provide his full and prompt cooperation to the IFA under Disciplinary Regulations 20.13 and 20.14. 

Finding

The Disciplinary Committee found the matter proved. 

Sentencing order

Permanently removed from the Register and fined £3,500 and costs of £2,513.
