Complaint: Allegations were that the Member was liable to disciplinary action in that he declared to the IFA he had passed his CIOT Chartered Tax Advisor exams; and that his conduct was dishonest; applied for fellowship with CIOT using the membership number of another member; and was dishonest in so doing.

Finding: The Disciplinary Committee found the matters proved. 

Sentencing Order: Permanently removed from the Register of Members and ordered to pay costs of £13,280.
