About this award
This award recognises the excellence of an IFA member who demonstrates exceptional dedication, expertise, and innovation in their professional field and community in the last 12 months.
Who can enter
- A person who has been an IFA member for a minimum of 3 consecutive years.
- In current good standing (no disciplinary/regulatory matters).
Nomination criteria
The nomination should:
- Include a summary of the type of work the member is involved in.
- Be written and recorded in English (where supplementary video content is included).
And include examples and testimonials from colleagues and clients which provide evidence and demonstrate:
- The standard and quality of the member’s work eg, achievements, successful ongoing professional development.
- Their commitment and contribution to the business, team and clients (if applicable) eg, mentoring, client testimonials.
- Their contribution to their local community where relevant eg, volunteering, charity work.
Judges will be looking for what the nominee has achieved over the last 12 months and their plans for future development.

You will be asked for contact details: name, phone number, email and your member number.
Note: your responses will not be saved if you close the form before submitting your nomination. Please ensure you complete and submit the form in one session.
Mandatory
- A word document of approximately 1000 words excluding testimonials.
Optional supporting documentation
- A 1-2 minute video of no more than 25mb which can be filmed on mobile phone or linked to a video on YouTube.
