About this award 

This award recognises an IFA practice which has demonstrated exceptional dedication, expertise and innovation in their field over the last 12 months.

Who can enter

  • An active IFA member firm. 
  • Someone within the practice must hold a valid practicing certificate (PC) with the IFA. 
  • An IFA member in practice for a minimum of consecutive years. 
  • In current good standing (no disciplinary/regulatory matters). 

Nomination criteria 

The nomination should: 

  • Include a summary of the type of work the practice is involved in. 
  • Be written or recorded in English (where supplementary video content is included). 

And include examples and testimonials from colleagues and clients which provide evidence and demonstrate: 

  • The standard and quality of the firm’s work eg, client retention figures.  
  • Their commitment and contribution to developing client relationships eg, client testimonials.  
  • The firm’s contribution to their local community where relevant eg, charity work, sponsorship of a charitable cause or organisation. 

Judges will be looking for how the firm has developed and grown over the last 12 months and their plans for future development.

Mandatory

  • A word document of appoximately 1000 words excluding testimonials.

Optional supporting documentation

  • 1-2 minute video of no more than 25mb which can be filmed on mobile phone or linked to a video on YouTube.
