About the speaker:
Richard Armstrong
Richard Armstrong is an experienced subject matter expert in many areas of supporting SME businesses in cost management, innovation funding and fuelling growth through its people using Employee Benefits as the foundation and various other hand-picked business services to identify efficiency gains.
Away from work, Richard is a big sports fan, particularly football, but equally passionate about his family and grandchildren, where he can be a real silly-billy and joker!
EB Now
EB Nowbrings employee benefits to SMEs and uses it as a foundation for fuelling a company’s growth through its people. All the benefits can be easily accessed by employees via a mobile app or a portal on the desktop, both of which will be published in the client’s brand demonstrating emotional investment by the employer. Retaining key members of staff is critical for any small business and we provide some of the tools to be able to achieve that.
