Newcastle | 8 October

Join Robin Murray, your IFA Regional Ambassador, for Northern England (Newcastle), for this engaging regional event. This event offers an engaging and educational opportunity to continue your professional development, combining professional learning while connecting with fellow members and industry peers.

We are also pleased to be joined by Mattioli Woods who will deliver a talk on;

Protect. Grow. Preserve – Strategy for everyone to navigate the changing market circumstances

  • Inheritance Tax Planning in a Changing Landscape — With frozen thresholds and the proposed inclusion of pension assets in estates from 2027, clients need IHT strategies now, not later.
  • Protection Gaps: Life, Income & Business — Identifying where clients — particularly business owners — are underinsured relative to their net worth and liabilities.
  • Tax-Efficient Wrappers & Vehicles — The role of all the different wealth structures in building a tax-efficient wealth structure from beginning to end.
  • Are annuities back in vogue? – An older piece of planning is becoming more relevant in the current market.
  • Pensions are still relevant — Making the most of annual allowances and carry forward opportunities before further legislative changes reduce flexibility.
  • Investment risk – Understanding that not all risks are made equal.
