Terms and Conditions CPE Voucher

Terms and Conditions on the use of the IPA CPE Discount vouchers

  • All validation will be done via CRM stored procedure
  • Minimum event price $199 before voucher can be used.
  • Vouchers may only be redeemed online at the IPA website www.publicaccountants.org.au
  • Vouchers can only be used towards the purchase of CPE events run by the IPA, and not in conjunction with any other provider or service offered by the IPA.
  • Only one voucher may be used per CPE event per member.
  • Each voucher must be redeemed in full and the remaining amount will not be refunded or credited on expiry.
  • If the CPE event exceeds the amount of the voucher, the balance must be paid by other payment options.
  • Vouchers can only be used for face-to-face CPE sessions, and cannot be used for any CPD Live or online training provided by the IPA.
  • Vouchers have no cash redemption value.
  • Vouchers expire 90 calendars days from the date of issue.
  • $50 voucher. Only 1 voucher issued at a time, however can claim up to 2 vouchers over a 12 month period. (Ie Each IPA member can only claim up to $100AUD worth of discount vouchers within a 12 month period.)
  • Annual voucher use is calculated from July 1 to June 30.
  • Vouchers can not be used in arrears to claim for CPE events previously attended.
  • Vouchers are only applicable where CPE hours are accredited to members, and not for any event where CPE does not contribute to annual education requirements.
  • Any unused discount vouchers will not be refunded or credited when expired.
  • All vouchers have a serial number allocated, allowing the voucher to be only used once.
  • The IPA holds the right to refuse any discount voucher if suspected to be fraudulent.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • In the event of a cancellation of event by the IPA where a voucher has been redeemed, the voucher will be reissued to the member by the IPA for use at a future event.
  • In the event of cancellation by a member, the voucher can be transferred to a replacement attendee nominated by the member.
  • In the event of cancellation by a member where no replacement attendee attends, the voucher is voided.
  • In the event of any cancellation by a member, an administration fee of 10% of the event cost will be retained by the IPA, with a minimum fee of $35 being charged.
  • Vouchers are issued on the understanding that the member has read and understood these terms and conditions.
  • The IPA reserves the right to change any terms and conditions contained in these terms of use at any time.• In the event of a cancellation of event by the IPA where a voucher has been redeemed, the voucher will be reissued to the member by the IPA for use at a future event.
