Leeds | 22 October

Join Robin Murray, your IFA Regional Ambassador, for the next Northern England Regional Event in Leeds.
This event offers a valuable opportunity to continue your professional development, gain practical insight and connect with fellow IFA members and industry peers.
We are pleased to be joined by Mattioli Woods, who will deliver:
Protect. Grow. Preserve – Strategies for navigating changing market conditions
The session will cover:
- Inheritance Tax Planning in a Changing Landscape – With frozen thresholds and proposed changes to pension assets from 2027, clients need to consider IHT planning sooner rather than later.
- Protection Gaps: Life, Income & Business – Identifying where clients, particularly business owners, may be underinsured relative to their net worth and liabilities.
- Tax-Efficient Wrappers & Vehicles – Exploring the role of different wealth structures in building an effective tax-efficient strategy.
- Are annuities back in vogue? – Why this more traditional planning option is becoming increasingly relevant in the current market.
- Pensions are still relevant – Making the most of annual allowances and carry forward opportunities before future legislative changes reduce flexibility.
- Investment risk – Understanding the different types of risk clients may face.
We are also pleased to welcome Steve Leech from The Cyber Resilience Centre Network, who will deliver:

- How to improve protection against common scams and vulnerabilities
- An introduction to The Cyber Resilience Centre Network
- The fully funded tools, resources and cyber resilience services available to IFA members
