HM Treasury MLR consultation roundtable discussions
This roundtable discussion is an opportunity for firms regulated by the accountancy sector Professional Body Supervisors (accountancy PBSs) for anti-money laundering/counter-terrorist financing purposes to discuss HM Treasury’s Consultation on Improving the Effectiveness of the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017 at working level with HM Treasury officials.
This discussion will include an overview of the consultation, as well as the opportunity for attendees to ask questions and give views.
