Alan Kennedy is the founder and MD of Trident Tax. Alan advises individuals, companies and trusts on tax residence and domicile issues, restructuring of businesses, inheritance tax aspects of succession planning and wealth preservation, as well as HMRC investigations under Code of Practice 8 and 9 and voluntary tax disclosures and all types of contentious tax disputes.

Ryan Conlon, Trident Tax
Ryan Conlon is a chartered tax adviser and trust and estate practitioner. As a private client specialist, he advises wealthy individuals, families and trustees on inheritance tax, capital gains tax, trust taxation, residence and domicile, and business exit and succession planning.

 


 

Zeeshan Khilji, Tax Consulting Group

Zeeshan Khilji is the Founder of Tax Consulting Group and specialises in providing corporate and personal tax advice to private businesses, their owners and high net worth individuals. Zeeshan spends most of his time advising on tax issues across the business lifecycle (from start up to exit), covering both company and shareholder aspects, as well as advising extensively on tax efficient wealth protection strategies and real estate tax matters

 


 

Lenny Barry, HMRC

Lenny has been on the MTD Programme for over four years. During this time he has worked on both VAT and ITSA accumulating a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Worked and the External Communications team but majority of time has been in Agent engagement and is regularly presenting on external webinars and events.

 


 

 

Emily Webster, PwC

Emily is a Director within PwC’s Northern Employment practice. Emily has over 10 years of employment tax and pay regulation experience. Emily helps employers (of all sizes and sectors) ensure that they are compliant in all areas of employment tax and pay regulations.

 

 


Brittany Poole, BDO

Brittany is an Employment Tax specialist, specialising in employee benefits and expenses including salary sacrifice arrangements, Termination payments, IR35/off payroll labour and the Construction Industry Scheme.

Matt Harrison, BDO

Matt has worked in tax for a variety of firms ranging from small practice to the big 4 for over 20 years. His current role is that of Employment Taxes manager at BDO in Birmingham and nationally heads up the firms CJRS offering.
