Payment methods

Making payment

There are six ways to pay.

Whatever method you choose to make payment, you will still be required to complete your annual membership return and annual firm return online.

1. Online

This is the fastest and most effective way to pay your membership and/or firm fees. Simply log on to your member and/or firm dashboard using your membership and firm numbers and passwords and make your payment.

2. Direct debit

To set up a direct debit to be used for your renewals, simply download the direct debit mandate, complete and return to us by the 4 December every year.

If you have a direct debit set up, payment is taken in the first week of January every year.

3. Auto renew

This method of payment automatically takes a payment from your credit or debit card in the first week of January every year.

To set up you need to login to your membership and/or firm dashboard to make your payment online as normal and then select auto renew. Next year your membership and/or firm fee will be taken automatically from your credit or debit card.

To change your credit or debit card details log in to your member dashboard or firm dashboard using your member number or firm number and password.

4. Instalments

To set up instalments you need to log in to your membership and/or firm dashboard. There is a £30 set up fee.

Your fee will be split into three equal payments. The first instalment, plus the £30.00 set up fee, will be taken immediately. The second instalment will be taken on the 4 January 2021 with the final payment being taken on the 1 February 2021.

The deadline to set up instalments is 18 December 2020.

You can make payment directly via BACS using our bank details below.

Please make sure you include your membership number and name as the reference. Failure to include this may result in the IFA not being able to allocate the payment and chasing you further.
