Graduates who have at least one year’s sufficient relevant experience in the accountancy sector or a related field can apply to become an Intermediate Financial Accountant IFA AIPA.    

Graduates who have a mimiumn of three years' relevant work experience in accountancy or a closely related sector can apply for Associate membership after successfully completing and passing the following units from the IFA Direct education programme:

• Level 7 Corporate reporting for strategic business – advanced 
• Level 7 UK taxation for business and individuals.
